Aspire Fox Ltd builds AegisOps Offshore — a planning tool for offshore wind operations and maintenance. The company was founded on the conviction that the best way to build software for offshore wind is to have lived the problem first, and the best way to handle the data it depends on is to come from a sector that takes data seriously.
"I've commissioned and planned turbine work from the world's smallest windfarms to its largest, onshore and offshore, by every means of getting there — CTV, daughter craft, helicopter, SOV and jack-up — across the whole life of a turbine, from installation and commissioning to heavy lift, service, O&M and fault-finding. I know which constraints break a day on any site, by any access method, at any phase. I've built that judgement into the engine. A software house can't hire it; a competitor can't shortcut it."
The operational rules AegisOps encodes — GWO and medical expiries, PSSR restrictions, davit serviceability, weather limits, inspection state — are the rules he has worked under, supervised against, and seen the cost of overlooking.
Chanelle Fox is Aspire Fox's co-founder and director. A CIPD-qualified HR and recruitment professional with fifteen years' experience leading talent acquisition in regulated UK banking, where the standard for personal-data handling, GDPR compliance, audit trail and supplier governance is among the highest in any sector. Her current role leads workforce planning across nine operational business areas — the same capability planning, attrition forecasting and team-level allocation logic AegisOps applies to offshore wind. She is certified in psychometric assessment (British Psychological Society Levels 1 & 2, Hogan).
Offshore wind O&M planning today sits in spreadsheets, inboxes, and one person's head. When that person changes role, retires, or moves on, the knowledge goes with them. Aspire Fox's ambition is to build software that captures that knowledge in explicit form — making planning more defensible day to day, and the operation less fragile to individuals leaving. AegisOps is the first product in that direction.
Aspire Fox Ltd operates ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified management systems. The current certification scope covers wind turbine maintenance and repair services; a scope extension reflecting the company's software activities is in progress. Aspire Fox is also working towards ISO 27001 certification, with implementation underway. Certification scope and supporting documentation are available on request.
The company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC018119) and operates to UK GDPR standards. Technician data, certifications, medical and training expiries, and operational records handled by AegisOps are treated as the sensitive personal data they are — by design, and by directors whose careers have demanded that standard from day one.
Aspire Fox also provides technical consultancy services in offshore wind. It is the same experience the engine is built from.
